As part of the placement process, students who completed primary school have been allocated to schools based on their exam performance. Over 15,000 students were placed in boardingschools, while more than 150,000 were admitted to day schools closer to their homes.

For O’Level graduates, the placements saw over 20,000 students admitted to boarding schools, with another 18,000 enrolled in day schools.
