SINAPI School, located in Mukura Sector of Huye District, celebrated the end of the 2025–2026 academic year while also commemorating a decade of providing quality education, highlighting its commitment to nurturing academically competent students grounded in strong moral values.
The colorful ceremony brought together parents, students, teachers, leaders of New Initiative for Education (NIE), local government officials, and friends of the school. The event featured vibrant performances by students from different grade levels, including traditional dances, music, drama, and cultural presentations that showcased not only their talents but also the holistic education they receive at the school.
Throughout the celebration, parents expressed satisfaction with the quality of education and character formation offered at SINAPI School, noting that the impact is reflected in their children’s academic performance, confidence, discipline, and ability to excel as they progress to higher levels of education.
Many parents praised the school’s dedication to raising children with integrity, responsibility, and self-confidence—qualities they believe will enable them to become productive citizens and future leaders.
Jean Damascene Murangira, Chairperson of the Parents’ Committee, speaking on behalf of parents, said the school’s ten-year journey has produced remarkable and measurable results.
“As parents, we are proud of the education our children receive at SINAPI School. Over the past ten years, the school has consistently demonstrated that quality education goes hand in hand with character development. Our children are growing into responsible young people equipped with the knowledge and values needed to serve their families, communities, and the nation.”

Representatives of New Initiative for Education (NIE), the organization that oversees SINAPI School, emphasized that their mission extends far beyond classroom instruction.
Rémy Kagaba, representative of New Initiative for Education, noted that the institution is committed to educating the whole child by placing equal importance on academic excellence, ethical values, personal responsibility, and positive cultural identity.
“Our vision is not simply to produce students who excel academically. We are committed to developing individuals with integrity, strong moral character, creativity, and a sense of responsibility. We want every learner who passes through SINAPI School to become a confident citizen capable of contributing meaningfully to Rwanda’s development.”

Joseph Kagabo, advisor of Huye district mayor congratulated the school on reaching its tenth anniversary and commended its contribution to improving education in the district. He encouraged the institution to preserve and strengthen the reputation it has built over the past decade.
“Ten years is an important milestone, but it also comes with the responsibility of maintaining excellence. SINAPI School should continue building an environment where every graduate looks back with pride, remembering not only the academic knowledge acquired here but also the values and life skills that shaped their future.”

Senator Telesphore Ngarambe, one of the founding contributors to SINAPI School reflecting on the school’s origins, he stressed that successful child development depends on close collaboration among families, teachers, and public institutions.
He noted that from its inception, SINAPI School was established with the vision of producing learners who combine academic competence with patriotism, ethical leadership, and social responsibility.
“Education is most effective when parents, teachers, and leaders work together toward the same goal. From the beginning, our dream was to build a school that nurtures knowledgeable, patriotic, and principled young people who are prepared to face the challenges of tomorrow while contributing positively to society.”
He added that the school’s achievements over the past decade demonstrate the value of this partnership, as reflected in graduates who continue to distinguish themselves through exemplary conduct and strong academic foundations.

As the celebrations concluded, the leadership of SINAPI School described the tenth anniversary as both a moment of reflection and a renewed commitment to the future.
The school reaffirmed its determination to continue enhancing the quality of education, strengthening values-based learning, and deepening collaboration with parents to ensure that every child develops into a knowledgeable, disciplined, innovative, and socially responsible citizen.
The anniversary celebration served not only as a tribute to the school’s achievements over the past ten years but also as a reaffirmation of its long-term mission: to provide quality, values-driven education that empowers learners to succeed personally while contributing to Rwanda’s sustainable development.
